When you purchase something from Blackhawk Design Studio, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.

When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Shipping & Returns

RETURNS

PRE-MADE / NON-PERSONALIZED ITEM

Must be returned/exchanged within 7 days of receiving the merchandise. Item(s) must be unused and undamaged. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost. Once we receive the item(s) back to our facility, a refund less the original shipping cost will be processed.

PERSONALIZED/CUSTOM ITEMS

ALL CUSTOM ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE.

Due to the custom nature of our items-- Once production is in progress, orders cannot be changed or canceled. Any changes or cancellations will acquire a cancellation fee. Fee will vary depending on how far along we are in production.

Custom items are non-refundable. If there are any discrepancies with your order please contact us immediately.

SALE ITEMS

All sale items are final sale.

Multiple promo codes cannot be combined. Promo codes cannot be added to sale items. 

SHIPPING RATES INCLUDE

  • Postage Fee
  • Insurance for total value (coverage for loss or damaged packages)
  • Packing materials to ensure safe transportation (double boxing, peanuts, tissue paper, bubble paper, tape, fragile stickers, etc)
  • Full tracking number (USPS First Class International excluded)

All orders will be checked & packaged carefully to ensure safe transportation. If there are any discrepancies upon receiving your order, please contact us immediately.

LATE DELIVERY

In the event that there is a delay during transit, weather related delays, we cannot be held responsible on behalf of the carrier. Please contact the shipper to submit a claim.Custom orders remain final sale.

    DIGITAL PROOF POLICY

    * 1 complimentary proof of your requested design is included with your order per item

    * 1 complimentary minor adjustment/change will be provided per item

    * Additional proofs are subject to a design fee of $5 per proof

     

    Custom orders will be produced exactly as approved. Any changes after you have approved are subject to a reprinting/design fee. It is the buyers responsibility to thoroughly review the proof provided. Any typos, misspellings or incorrect dates must be identified at time of proofing.

    DIGITAL PROOF APPROVAL IS REQUIRED BEFORE WE PROCEED TO PRODUCTION.

     

    ESTIMATED PRODUCTION TIME

    1 - 3 est. business days to receive proof confirmation

    10 - 12 est. business days production time (engraved items + small laser cut items)

    12 - 15 est. business days production time (large laser cut signs)

    2 - 6 est. business days transit/shipping time

    International delivery: 10 - 15 est. business days shipping time.

    Production time is subject to change depending on how soon the proof is approved/if we need to make changes/adjustments/additions.
